Timotino Tops Champions Group Ratings

Timotino finished first in BO3.gg’s completed Champions Shanghai group-stage player ranking with 254 ACS. The 100 Thieves player led tkzin of LOUD at 250 and kamo of Team Liquid at 245. The list includes only players who completed at least four maps, making it a defined group-stage snapshot rather than a projection for the playoffs.

Timotino combined his leading ACS with 0.88 kills per round, 0.62 deaths per round and 161 average damage per round across four maps. Those figures show both output and survival in a short undefeated group run. His teammate Cryocells also reached the top four with 239 ACS and the lowest death rate in the top ten at 0.57 per round.

tkzin placed second while producing the highest kill rate and damage rate among the listed players. His 0.90 kills per round and 165 ADR came across six maps for LOUD. The difference between first and second is therefore not a simple measure of one player winning every category; Timotino led ACS, while tkzin held advantages in two other attacking metrics.

kamo completed the top three at 245 ACS, 0.86 kills per round and 160 ADR. He played eight maps for Team Liquid, twice Timotino’s total. Liquid did not reach the playoffs, but kamo’s place illustrates that individual group-stage production and team advancement are related measures rather than identical ones.

An analyst compares different group-stage performance profiles

The top ten mixes qualifiers and eliminated stars

The ranking includes players from both sides of the qualification line. 100 Thieves placed Timotino and Cryocells in the top four, while LOUD placed tkzin second and lukxo seventh. Vitality contributed Jamppi in fifth and Chronicle in eighth. jinggg represented Paper Rex in tenth, giving four playoff organizations at least one listed player.

Three members of eliminated teams also made the list. kamo ranked third for Team Liquid, PatMen placed sixth for Global Esports with 235 ACS, and N4RRATE finished ninth for Karmine Corp at 227. Their inclusion prevents the table from becoming a disguised team ranking and preserves the purpose of measuring individual output across completed group maps.

The two players tied at 227 ACS still posted different supporting profiles. N4RRATE recorded 0.80 kills and 0.68 deaths per round over eight maps. jinggg had 0.77 kills and 0.74 deaths per round over six maps, while producing 150 ADR compared with N4RRATE’s 147. Equal ACS therefore does not mean their statistical routes were identical.

Map count is essential context. A minimum of four maps removes the smallest possible samples, but the remaining totals still range from four to eight. Players from teams that qualified without a decider had fewer opportunities to add strong maps, while players who reached elimination series accumulated a larger sample and faced more varied match states.

That difference does not invalidate the ranking. It defines what the numbers can support. The table describes performance during the group stage under its published eligibility rule. It does not prove who will be best in the playoffs, where opponents, preparation and map volume will change.

The supporting metrics also prevent ACS from carrying the entire interpretation. Cryocells’ 0.57 deaths per round highlights survival, tkzin’s 0.90 kills per round marks sustained finishing output, and Timotino’s 254 ACS captures the highest overall combat score. Reading the figures together gives a more useful picture than treating one column as a permanent hierarchy.

The playoff stage resets the comparison

Eight teams resume competition on October 7, but not every player in the top ten advances. Timotino, Cryocells, tkzin, lukxo, Jamppi, Chronicle and jinggg can add playoff evidence. kamo, PatMen and N4RRATE leave the event with their group-stage positions fixed.

The next stage also brings direct preparation against a single opponent and double-elimination pressure. A player who led a short group run may face more maps and targeted plans, while someone outside the current list can rise through a deeper bracket. The completed group ranking should therefore remain a record of one phase rather than an all-event award.

Champions continues through October 18, so the most meaningful later comparison will use the full tournament sample. For now, Timotino owns the verified group-stage lead, tkzin follows with the strongest kill and damage rates on the list, and kamo leads the players whose teams did not advance.

Qualified and eliminated standouts separate after the group stage

Timotino’s 254 ACS made him the highest-rated player in the completed Champions group stage. tkzin and kamo completed the top three, while the full list combined playoff qualifiers with standout players from eliminated teams. The ranking records the group phase; the playoff stage begins a new sample.
